美聯物業-黃信豪經理表示，成交單位為天水圍嘉湖山莊美湖居4座低層H室，實用面積544平方呎，採3房間隔。據悉，原業主以$450萬放盤後獲新買家洽詢，雙方經議價後以$446萬承接單位作自住用途，實用面積平均呎價約$8,199。據了解，新買家原為租客，因現時租金持續上漲，加上現時拆息回落，有感樓市見底，故趁機購入單位自住。

資料顯示，原業主於2016年以$388萬購入單位，是次轉售帳面獲利約58萬元離場。
