北角百福花園3房獲買家以$518萬承接實用呎價$8,548

世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，新近成交是北角百福花園百喜閣低層D室，單位實用面積約606平方呎，屬3房設計，望向東北樓景單位，新近獲買家以$518萬承接，實用面積平均呎價低見$8,548，較業主原叫價$580萬，最終減價$62萬成交，減幅超越一成。

蔡嘉駿補充，原業主業主於2011年2月以$440萬購入單位，持貨14年帳面增加$78萬，期間樓價上升18%。
