北角港濤軒低層3房套成交價$1,538萬減幅僅2.7%

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角渣華道港濤軒，物業低層D室，單位實用面積約803平方呎，單位屬三房連主人套房間隔單位，向南面眺望樓景為主，成交價$1,538萬，實用呎價約$19,177。業主2個月前原叫價$1,580萬，現輕微減價42萬，減幅僅2.7%成交。

蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於2011年4月以約$1,029萬購入上址單位，持貨12年帳面獲利$509萬，期間單位升值49%。
