元朗錦繡花園雙號屋以$938萬獲同區用家承接

中原地產新界北豪宅第四分行副分區營業經理羅偉蓮表示，日前促成元朗錦繡花園H段2街雙號屋，單位實用面積848平方呎，建築面積850平方呎，連約928平方呎花園，放盤時開價約$950萬，日前議價後以$938萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價$11,061。

中原羅偉蓮指，新買家為同區用家，原業主於1977年以$9.8萬一手買入上址，持貨約45年，是次沽出單位賬面獲利約$928.2萬離場，單位升值約95倍。
