何文田瑜一單日錄12伙撻訂總樓價逾1.17億料殺訂逾1711萬

由華懋集團發展的何文田站上蓋項目瑜一，近日錄得單日12伙撻訂，涉及金額超過1.17億元，料買家合共被發展商殺訂逾1711.8萬元。

該批撻訂單位涉及瑜一第IA期「瑜一．天海」及第IB期，相關買家分別於2023年及2024年入市，並採用建築期付款方式。

第IA期「瑜一．天海」的撻訂單位位於1B及2B座的低層與中層C、E單位，實用面積介乎364至522平方呎，戶型包括1房至2房。而第IB期的撻訂單位則位於3B座中層A、B、E單位，實用面積介乎336至940平方呎，戶型包括2房及3房。

該批撻訂單位中，最貴的一伙位於瑜一第IB期3A座26樓A室，實用面積940平方呎，於2023年3月的首輪銷售中以3,091萬元售出，呎價錢高達32,883元。
