Sierra Sea, a residential project in Sai Sha by Sun Hung Kai Properties, will launch its first round of sales on Saturday, offering 329 units. Among these, 318 units are listed on the price list, with 11 units sold by tender. Over the past eight days, the project received over 35,000 registrations, oversubscribing the 318 units by 109 times, making it the second-highest registration record for a new development in history.
The first-round units include 38 one-bedroom, 186 two-bedroom, and 94 three-bedroom flats. After a maximum 15% discount, prices range from HK$2.998 million to HK$8.3827 million, with discounted prices starting at HK$9,499 per square foot. The most affordable unit is a 301-square-foot, one-bedroom flat priced at HK$2.9988 million (HK$9,963 per square foot).
Sales are divided into Group A and Group B. Group A buyers can purchase up to 10 units, with subcategories allowing purchases of 1 to 10 units depending on the group. Group B allows individual buyers to purchase a maximum of two units.
