Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) is making bold strides in the Greater Bay Area with its flagship integrated project, Guangzhou South Station ICC.
Recently, the company unveiled the show flats and clubhouse of its residential development, Forest Park, to the media in Guangzhou, alongside updates on the first phase of its office and commercial projects.
According to the developer, the entire ICC project spans a total gross floor area of over 9.92 million square feet (920,000 square metres). The office portion alone accounts for 4.3 million square feet (400,000 square metres).
