CK Asset has announced its property sales plans for the Year of the Snake, which include five new developments with over 2,700 units. These projects include Victoria Blossom in Kai Tak, the Wong Chuk Hang MTR Station’s Blue Coast Phases 1 and 2, Phase 2 of 21 Borrett Road project in Mid-Levels West, the Kam Tai Road development in Yuen Long, and a collaborative development with the Urban Renewal Authority in To Kwa Wan.
Among these, Victoria Blossom (Phase 1) received pre-sale approval in December 2024 and is set to be CK Asset’s flagship project for 2025. The first phase will provide 307 units, and promotional activities are already underway.
The developer expressed optimism about the property market, highlighting potential interest rate cuts and recent government measures as factors likely to boost buyer confidence and drive strong performance in the Year of the Snake.
To celebrate the Lunar New Year, CK Asset held a spring gathering attended by senior management, sales teams, and real estate agents.
