大圍聚龍居獲買家以$1,368萬連雙車位承接

世紀21奇豐物業一城站分行高級分行經理李嘉文表示,該行新近促成大圍聚龍居2座低層A室成交,單位實用面積1,241平方呎,4房連套房間隔,座向東南望園景觀。單位原叫價$1,500萬連雙車位,累減$132萬,終獲買家以$1,368萬連雙車位承接,實用面積平均呎價$11,023。

據了解,原業主於1997年3月以$1,130萬購入上址,持貨逾25年至今沽售,賬面獲利$238萬,單位期內升值21%。
