美聯物業元朗 - Grand Yoho分行區域經理王偉健表示，新近錄得元朗Yoho Town 1期3座鳳凰層兩房戶，實用面積393平方呎，建築面積525平方呎，間隔實用，景觀開揚，原叫價$700萬，議價$45萬至$655萬獲承接，實用面積平均呎價約$16,667，建築面積平均呎價約$12,476。
據了解，原業主於2018年初以約$600萬，持貨4年多，帳面獲利$55萬。
