堅尼地城寶翠園$5.1萬租出 租金回報率約為3.4厘

美聯物業港島西-西寶城分行首席聯席區域經理蘇振宇表示,該行剛促成堅尼地城寶翠園5座高層A室單位,實用面積約1,111平方呎,建築面積約1,409平方呎,3房連套房間隔,單位擁海景,加上單位寬敞,故獲租客以月租$5.1萬承接,實用面積平均呎租約為$45.9,建築面積平均呎租約為$36.2。

據了解,業主於2011年3月份以約$1,800萬購入單位,若以目前租金水平計算,租金回報率約為3.4厘。
