世紀21奇豐物業沙田豪宅分行區域經理李仕明表示,新近錄得大圍名城2期盛薈1座高層SD室成交,實用面積686平方呎,3房連套房間隔,最終以$1,230萬沽出,實用面積平均呎價$17,930。

據了解,原業主於2010年12月以$817萬購入上址,持貨12年至今沽售,賬面獲利$413萬,單位期內升值51%。
