粉嶺牽晴間減至$565萬獲承接 升值約31.4%

中原地產粉嶺中心分行經理蔡堅濤表示,日前粉嶺牽晴間10座中層F室,實用面積429平方呎,建築面積565平方呎,2房間隔,原開價$640萬,減至$565萬獲承接,實用面積平均呎價$13,170。

中原蔡堅濤指,新買家見單位價錢合理,即還價購入單位自用。據了解,原業主於2015年以$430萬購入單位,持貨約7年,是次沽出單位獲利約$135萬離場,單位升值約31.4%。
