新屯門中心累減$35萬至$505萬獲承接

祥益地產高級客戶經理陳阿麗表示,日前促成新屯門中心5座高層F室,實用面積455平方呎,累減$35萬至$505萬獲承接,實用面積平均呎價$11,099,屬市價成交。

據了解,原業主於2012年以約$247萬購入上址,帳面獲利約$258萬,升值逾倍。
