香港仔海峰華軒$760萬易手帳面賺約$525萬

香港置業西南區深灣軒分行高級聯席董事胡淑明表示，該行剛促成一宗位於香港仔的海峰華軒一個1房戶買賣成交，售出單位為海峰華軒高層C室，實用面積約471平方呎，建築面積約673平方呎，,原則屬3房，改1房間隔，向東南望海景，單位以$810萬放盤，減價$50萬，以約$760萬易手，實用呎價約$16,136，建築呎價約$11,293，低市價約10%。

資料顯示，原業主於2001年5月以約$235萬購入上述單位，是次轉售帳面賺約$525萬，物業升值約逾2倍
