粉嶺花都廣場$490萬易主 單位期內升值高達3.1倍

中原地產粉嶺中心分行首席分區營業經理張曼筠表示,日前錄得粉嶺花都廣場3座低層E室,單位實用面積370平方呎,建築面積512平方呎,2房間隔,開價$515萬,議價後以$490萬獲承接,實用面積平均呎價$13,243。
中原張曼筠指,新買家見單位價錢合理,即決定購入單位。據了解,原業主則於2009年以$119萬購入上址,持貨13年,是次沽出單位獲利約$371萬離場,單位期內升值約3.1倍。
