粉嶺囍逸議價後以$498萬獲承接 6年獲利約$128萬離場

中原地產粉嶺中心分行首席分區營業經理張曼筠表示,日前促成粉嶺囍逸1座中層F室成交,實用面積294平方呎,1房間隔,叫價$510萬,議價後以$498萬獲承接,實用面積平均呎價$16,939。

中原張曼筠指,新買家為用家,見單位新淨,業主提供合理議價空間,即決定購入單位作自住之用。據了解,原業主則於2016年以$370萬購入上址,持貨6年,是次沽出單位獲利約$128萬離場,單位期內升值約34.6%。
