粉嶺花都廣場$680萬獲承接 期內升值14%

世紀21奇豐物業粉嶺區區域經理陳偉康表示,該行新近促成粉嶺花都廣場成交,單位為8座低層B室,實用面積526平方呎,3房間隔,座向東北,單位附設企理裝修,單位原叫價$688萬,獲區內換樓客以$680萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$12,928。

據了解,原業主於2018年2月購入上址,當時作價$595.8萬,持貨4年多至今易手,賬面獲利$84.2萬,單位期內升值14%。
