世紀21奇豐物業沙田豪宅分行區域經理李仕明表示,該行新近促成大圍名城2期盛薈成交,單位為3座高層SA室,實用面積741平方呎,座向西北望翠綠山景,開價$1,300萬,累減$40萬至$1,260萬獲買家承接,實用面積平均呎價$17,004。

 

據了解,原業主於2013年5月以$823萬購入上址,持貨9年至今沽售,賬面獲利$437萬,單位期內升值53%。
