太古城2房$2萬獲承租 租金回報率高達8.5厘

香港置業東區鯉景灣分行首席聯席董事朱永健表示,日前促成太古城順安閣高層D室獲承租,實用面積530平方呎,建築面積628平方呎,2房間隔,座向西南方望開揚園景,減租$4,000至$2萬獲承租,實用面積平均呎租$37.7,建築面積平均呎租$31.8。


據悉,新租客心儀單位間隔實用,並附有全新裝修,故睇樓2次即決定承租上述單位。業主於2005年12月以約$280萬購入上述單位,現享租金回報逾8.5厘。
