美孚新邨3房累減至$880萬離場

美聯物業美孚高級區域營業董事吳志輝表示,新近促成美孚新邨二期百老匯街34號中層D室成交,實用面積712平方呎,3房間隔,望內街景,5個月累減$65萬至$880萬成交,實用面積平均呎價$12,360。

 

 據了解,原業主於2017年4月以$832萬購得,是次轉手帳面獲利$48萬,升值約6%。
