美聯物業粉嶺逸峯分行高級分區營業經理葉劍威表示,該行促成粉嶺綠悠軒成交,單位為5座高層F室,實用面積612平方呎,建築面積878平方呎,三房連套房間隔,獲外區客以$685萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$11,193,建築面積平均呎價$7,802。

 

據了解,原業主於約1999年1月以約$247萬一手購入,持貨23年,帳面獲利$438萬,物業升值近1.8倍。
