陽明山莊$5.2萬連車位獲承接 業主享2.2厘租金回報

美聯物業山頂南區豪宅黃竹坑站分行高級分區營業經理楊家俊表示,日前促成陽明山莊租盤成交,單位為5座中層35室單位,實用面積約為1,031平方呎,建築面積約為1,299平方呎,2房連雙套房間隔,以月租$5.2萬連一個車位獲承接,實用面積平均呎租$50.4,建築面積平均呎租$40。

 

據了解,業主於去年2021年3月以約$2,800萬購入上述物業,若以目前租金計算,租金回報率約2.2厘水平。
