尚璟億元交易撻大訂

額交易撻訂個案。崇傑地產發展旗下西半山尚璟,最新錄得1宗大額終止交易個案,16樓B室原本於去年12月以1.33億元售出,呎價約60,290元。不過據項目成交紀錄冊顯示,交易已經終止,為新盤市場罕有較大額的終止交易個案。據了解,單位實用面積2,206方呎,設有三套房、書房,連1個車位。今次撻大訂,料遭沒收10%訂金涉約1,330萬元。

周浩鼎首置買珀麗灣

另外,市場消息指,馬灣珀麗灣5期30座高層單位,實用單位面積507方呎,2房間隔,原業主自去年5月中放盤,最初開價660萬,因應疫情今年1月中減至620萬,最終以598萬沽出,呎價11,795元,低市價5%。

據悉新買家為現屆立法會議員兼民建聯副主席周浩鼎,其是次以首置名義入市。原業主於2006年以225.62萬元購入單位,持貨16年至今,賬面獲利約372萬元。
