CCL破頂前爭持 按周跌0.52%

破頂前夕高位爭持,中原城市領先指數CCL最新報186.89點,按周跌0.52%;反映大型屋苑樓價走勢的CCL Mass報189.15點,按周跌0.75%;CCL(中小型單位)報187.08點,按周跌0.66%。

不過,反映豪宅樓價指數的CCL(大型單位)報185.93點,按周升0.24%,連升2周共0.82%。中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指出,隨着樓價逼近歷史高位,樓價於破頂前明顯由連升轉為反覆爭持。

豪宅樓價指升0.24%

他指出,最近3周,CCL在186點到188點之間窄幅爭持,CCL_Mass在189點到191點爭持,CCL(中小型單位)在187點到188點爭持,CCL(大型單位)企穩185點水平。樓價持續於高位反覆,等待突破。現時CCL距離自己歷史高位190.48點相差1.88%,CCL_Mass相差1.32%,CCL(中小型單位)相差1.64%,CCL(大型單位)相差3.13%。
