御半山II貨尾 加價聖誕節售

嚴峻,重推二人限聚令,發展商避免推全新盤登場,唯有分批清貨尾。新地旗下屯門御半山II昨日將個別單位加價,並於本周五(25日)聖誕節開售5伙。加價單位為第2A座8樓G室,面積591方呎,於4月原定價為1,123.6萬元,經過兩度加價,最新定價升至1,192.31萬元,相隔8個月累加約6.1%。同系御半山亦推出1伙(1A座26樓H室)於同日開售。

保利置業旗下啟德龍譽以7,018.2萬元連車位售出第2A座38樓F室,面積1,671方呎,附386方呎天台,折算呎價4.2萬元,獲發展商免費送贈傢具。

弦雅錄首宗撻訂

至於佳兆業及宏達控股發展的長沙灣弦雅首錄撻訂。成交記錄冊顯示,18樓D室開放式單位,面積212方呎,本月12日即首輪銷售以442.17萬元售出。惟買家於簽訂臨約後交易未有進展,料遭發展商沒收5%訂金(22.105萬元)。發展商昨將單位加價2%重售,最新定價為530.6萬元。

此外,萬科香港旗下屯門掃管笏上源洋房系列正式命名為「The Manor by Le Pont」,並會於短期內開放示範屋予公眾參觀,部署出售。項目共設30間獨立洋房,面積介乎2,707至4,860方呎。
