恒地羅便臣道再申強拍

就西半山羅便臣道94至96號提出強制拍賣申請,昨日再下一城,將鄰近的羅便臣道88號提出強拍申請,已收購92%業權。按發展商呈交之測量師報告,項目未重建前估值逾6.59億元。市場預料,恒地會將羅便臣道88至100號合併發展成中型地盤,可建樓面超過15萬方呎。

申請文件顯示,羅便臣道88號(崇樓)現址為1幢9層高舊樓(包括地庫及天台),建於1961年,共有50份業權,恒地尚餘4份未能收購。根據年報,項目佔地約10,361方呎,若以5倍地積比率發展,可建樓面約51,805方呎。

翻查資料,恒地近月才剛就94至96號被提出強拍申請,佔地12,160方呎,料整個收購正步入尾聲。
