CCL升0.53% 創近9個月新高

新界兩區表現突出,帶動整體樓價。中原城市領先指數CCL報181.77點,按周升0.53%,創近9個月新高,惟未反映近期疫情的影響。中原分析指,近期二手交投明顯減慢,相信樓價繼續反覆,但向上趨勢不變。

該行表示,CCL最新報181.77點,按周升0.53%,創36周新高。中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指出,新界兩區表現突出,反映五一長假後,旺市由港九市區開始蔓延至新界兩區。新界東樓價指數報194.78點,創44周新高,按周升1.59%;新界西樓價指數報167.24點,按周升1.61%,創46周新高。

該行又指,7月上旬本港開始爆發社區感染,尚未反映於今周指數內,將於下周CCL開始反映。肺炎疫情持續,二手交投明顯減慢,相信樓價繼續反覆,波幅忽大忽小,但向上趨勢不變。另外,九龍樓價指數報181.98點,按周升0.79%。港島樓價指數報188.73點,按周跌0.63%。

CCL(中小型單位)報182.49點,按周升0.64%,創43周新高。大型屋苑領先指數CCL Mass報184.98點,按周升0.73%。CCL及CCL(中小型單位)同樣連升三周,分別累升1.85%及1.76%,而CCL Mass連升兩周共1.84%。CCL(大型單位)報178.05點,按周微跌0.04%,連續兩周企穩於178點高水平。
