本港新冠疫情紓緩，各區新盤踏入5月蜂擁登場，進一步推高樓市氣氛。路勁地產旗下元朗錦田北山水盈吸引不少換樓客青睞，中原地產元朗區高級區域營業經理蕭頌崴亦被吸引，日前斥資近1,200萬元購入一伙套3房連儲物套房單位升級換樓。

蕭頌崴笑言，該盤開售以來，自己已協助不少買家入市，最終連他也被項目吸引，決定換樓升級。項目擁3.5米特高樓底，內櫳寬闊實用，可為小孩提供充裕走動玩耍空間，而且外望山、河雙景寬廣景致。區內相若面積單位樓價動輒1,500萬元起步，該盤價錢實屬低水。

他還指，該區屬名人聚居地，加上挾北環線等發展，對後市充滿信心。 ■記者蔡競文
