疫市離場 COACH 1.85億沽絲寶國際全層

售商低價出售所持物業。市場消息指，美國輕奢侈品牌COACH以約1.852億元售出觀塘絲寶國際大廈一全層單位，以建築面積1.86萬方呎計，呎價約1.1萬元，重回7年前水平。

資料顯示，同座高一層面積相同的全層單位，於2013年同以約1.852億元售出，呎價同約1.1萬元水平，換言之，今次COACH沽貨，有關售價重回7年前水平。

持貨10年賬面獲利8370萬

土地註冊處資料顯示，COACH是於2010年透過COACH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED名義入市，當年作價1.015億元，持貨10年後賬面獲利8,370萬元或82%。
