陳先生：自己是首置客，預算花約1,000萬元購入兩房戶，惟揀樓籌號為200多號太後，心儀的第7座D兩房戶已無貨，只有等甩貨。不擔心樓價跌，始終香港土地供應有限。

楊先生：今次是復活票，計劃買入一個300多呎單位作收租用。市場雖有不少負面消息，自己都覺樓價會向下調，但又怕樓價再跌時更加多人抽籤買樓，唯有現時試吓抽。

李女士：匯璽III售價比兩年前平已好吸引，又是名牌貨新地樓，交通方便，預算斥資1,000萬元以下購入一個細單位作收租用。

操普通話女士：斥資4,000萬元購入一個四房大單位與家人同住。
