買家鄭先生：抽了一年其他區新盤都抽不中，今次終於斥資700多萬元購入兩房戶自用，屬首次置業。個人相信政府能平息到社會衝突，自己仍鍾意香港。

準買家陳小姐：無想過「社會衝突」對樓價的影響，只是想買一個兩房戶畀兒子自住用，自己仍然喜歡在香港居住，無打算移民。
