中原地產陳永傑:以私人名義入兩票,最終斥資700餘萬元購入第7座中層一房單位作收租用,預計租金可達2萬元,回報逾3厘。由於自己已以私人名義擁有物業,今次要支付15%辣稅,即逾105萬元。

買家鄭先生:抽了一年其他區新盤都抽不中,今次終於斥資700多萬元購入兩房戶自用,屬首次置業。個人相信政府能平息到社會衝突,自己仍鍾意香港。

準買家陳小姐:無想過「社會衝突」對樓價的影響,只是想買一個兩房戶畀兒子自住用,自己仍然喜歡在香港居住,無打算移民。
