Tsim Sha Tsui is located in south of Kowloon Peninsula. It faces Victoria Harbour and view HK Central across the sea. Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei form Yau Tsim Mong District which is the famous golden place of high-end business, entertainment and shopping in Kowloon. 【Traffic】
Tsim Sha Tsui's traffic is very convenient. Since Hung Hom tunnel is nearby, people can take cross-harbour buses to each district in HK island. And also can take metro or ferryboats to across the sea. If want to go Kowloon or any district in New Territories, bus will be suitable choice.
Tsim Sha Tsui station is belong to Tsuen Wan Line of Mass Transit Railway which connect to Central, Yau Ma Tei and Mong Kok. Tsim Sha Tsui east station is belong to East Tsim Sha Tsui line. It only takes 2 minutes to Hung Hom and 42 munites to lowu of Shenzhen.

To Disney and Lantau Island: Change to Tung Chung Line at Lai King Station.
To airport: Change to Tung Chung Line at Lai King Station then take airport express at Tsing Yi Station. It takes about 45 minutes.
To Citygate outlets: Change to Tung Chung Line at Lai King Station and get off Tung Chung station and arrived namely.

There are many arts and culture sites in Tsim Sha Tsui such as HK Museum Of History, the Hong Kong science museum, the Hong Kong Space Museum and Hong Kong Cultural Centre etc. And it also is one of the places gathering many exotic cultures. SOGO opened a branch in the Palace Mall in September 2005. Ocean Terminal is a cruise terminal in Hong Kong for large cruise parking. Ocean Terminal also has shopping mall and was the only one large shopping mall in Hong Kong when 1960s. Until 2009-2010, many new shopping malls opened including 1881 Heritage rebuild from the former Marine police headquarters in Hong Kong , iSQUARE set with IMAX cinema and The ONE which is a shopping mall special on only for retail.

The project include luxury housing, Hyatt Regency and K11 Design Store. The base is K11 Design Store in floor area up to 340,000 sq ft. It has 6 layers and cost HKD 3 billion. The New World Development called it " The first design store in Global". Hyatt Regency is located in 10th-24th floor and it opened on 11th, October, 2009. The residential part is from 27th floor to 67th floor. It supply 345 units include 38 feature units which are connecting units and duplex units. The cover area are between 816 sq ft and 5,260 sq ft in 1-4 rooms layout. The project has the longest direct elevator in Hong Kong.
