置業18君匯港專組組別經理李志堅指，由帝峰‧皇殿6座中層B室，面積376方呎，1房1廳間隔，向南望海景，以480萬元獲買家承接，呎價約12765元。李氏指，業主原叫價498萬元，累減18萬元易主。

原業主於2010年7月以405萬元購入上址，比番轉售業主獲利75萬元，物業期內升值18.5%
