位於奧運站的海桃灣新近錄得成交，其中低層池景戶以590萬元成交，呎價9546元，微高於市價。

置業18維港灣分行區域經理張志文指，海桃灣3座低層C室，面積618方呎，2房2廳間隔，向東望內園池景，以590萬元易主，呎價約9546元。張氏指，業主原叫價600萬，減10萬元後即獲承接。

原業主於2009年3月以326萬元購入上址，物業期內賺264萬元，期內升值約81%
