馬鞍山迎海獲買家以$725萬承接 賬面虧蝕$37萬

世紀21奇豐物業海典灣分行區域經理胡佩碧表示,該行新近錄得馬鞍山迎海16座高層F室,實用面積491平方呎,屬2房間隔,座向西面望遠景,單位原開價$730萬,放盤4個月,獲買家以$725萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$14,766。

據了解,原業主於2015年12月購入上址,當時作價$762萬,持貨逾8年至今轉售,賬面虧蝕$37萬,單位期內跌5%。
