世紀21奇豐物業新港城中心區域經理莊瑞生表示,該行新近促成馬鞍山薈朗1座高層A01室,實用面積229平方呎,屬開放式間隔,座向西面望市中心景,放盤1個月,單位叫價$325萬,獲買家以$318萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$13,886。

據了解,原業主於2022年5月購入上址,當時作價$347萬,持貨近2年至今轉售,賬面虧蝕$29萬,單位期內跌8%。
