馬鞍山翠擁華庭3房累減$12萬至$708萬獲買家承接

世紀21奇豐物業海典灣分行區域經理胡佩碧表示,該行新近錄得馬鞍山翠擁華庭3座高層D室,實用面積681平方呎,屬3房間隔,座向西北望遠景,放盤2個月,原叫價$720萬,累減$12萬至$708萬獲買家承接,實用面積平均呎價$10,396。 

據了解,原業主於1999年5月購入上述單位,當時作價$333.8萬,持貨25年至今沽售,賬面獲利$374.2萬離場,單位期內升值逾1倍。
