馬鞍山中心2房成交價$490萬 期內升值2.9倍

世紀21奇豐物業迎海分行區域經理趙詠欣表示,該行新近錄得馬鞍山中心3座中層G室,實用面積381平方呎,屬2房間隔,座向東南享開揚景,放盤2日,當時叫價$500萬,成交價$490萬,實用面積平均呎價$12,861。

據了解,原業主於2002年5月以$125萬買入上址,持貨22年至今沽售,賬面獲利$365萬,單位期內升值2.9倍。
