馬鞍山中心$758萬沽 持貨9年賬面獲利約$253萬離場

中原地產馬鞍山迎海御峰分行資深區域營業經理胡耀祖表示,日前促成馬鞍山中心2座高層D室易手,單位實用面積522平方呎,建築面積701平方呎,3房間隔,議價後以$758萬易手,實用平均平均呎價$14,521。

中原胡耀祖指,新買家為用家,據了解,原業主於2013年以$505萬購入單位,持貨9年,賬面獲利約$253萬離場,單位升值約50%。
