買家黃太:項目價錢相對吸引

從事銀行業的黃太認為,MIAMI QUAY I位於啟德跑道區,環境較停機坪一帶更寧靜,由於區內設有港鐵站,加上項目自設穿梭巴士,兼且鄰近商場,起居生活便捷,因此考慮了一段時間後,終決定入市。她昨日購入項目一個3房單位供全家人自住,涉資約一千多萬元,並認為項目售價合理,具升值潛力,希望成為下個九龍站。

面對加息,黃太表示自己與丈夫一同供款,相信即使加息仍有能力應付。購入單位前曾到荃灣等其他地區睇樓,但認為二手盤價錢昂貴,呎價與新盤相若,反而今次項目價錢相對吸引。雖然最近二手市場頻現蝕讓成交,但黃太表示對香港有信心,認為樓市始終會復甦。
