紅磡海逸豪園$1,520萬獲承接 期內升值約87.9%

美聯物業黃埔區域聯席董事殷勒麟表示,新近紅磡海逸豪園8座中層E室成交,實用面積818平方呎,建築面積1,024平方呎,3房連套房連多用途室間隔,早於2020年4月連租約以1,700萬放售,惟受限於疫情,以及租客居住不便睇樓,故延至今年初租客遷出後,最終下調叫價至$1,520萬獲承接,實用面積平均呎價$18,582,建築面積平均呎價$14,844。

 

據了解,原業主於2010年6月以約$809萬購入單位,是次轉手帳面獲利$711萬,升值約87.9%。
