美聯物業粉嶺ONE INNOVALE帝庭軒分行聯席區域經理葉容生表示,該行新近促成粉嶺綠悠軒2座低層C室,實用面積約612平方呎,建築面積約878平方呎,3房連套房間隔,企理裝修且保養得當。據悉,原業主開價$650萬,新買家為換樓客,睇樓3個月,見樓價回落近15%,決定買入,雙方議價$32萬,最終以$618萬沽出單位,實用面積平均呎價約$10,098,建築面積平均呎價約$7,039。

據悉,原業主2001年$181.5萬購入上述單位,持貨近21年,賬面獲利$436.5萬,期內物業升逾2.4倍。
