沙田新城市廣場3期中層3房累減$162萬後以$1,038萬承接

美聯物業沙田 - 沙田中心分行助理營業董事陳國良表示,該行最新促成沙田新城市廣場本月首宗成交,成交單位為沙田新城市廣場3期銀樺閣中層E室,實用面積640平方呎,原則為3房套間隔,景觀以內園泳池景,單位早前以$1,200萬放售,減價至$1,100萬,即獲用家以$1,038萬承接,即累減$162萬,實用呎價約$16,219。

原業主2010年以$580萬購入單位,持貨13年,帳面獲利約$458萬,物業升值約79%。
