沙田偉華中心2房議價後以$468萬易手

中原地產沙田廣場分行高級資深分區營業經理王創偉表示,日前促成沙田偉華中心3座低層G室,實用面積297平方呎,建築面積404平方呎,2房間隔,放盤時叫價約$470萬,日前議價後以$468萬易手,實用面積平均呎價$15,758。

中原王創偉表示,新買家為年輕上車客,見市況回暖,感單位價錢合理,怕遲買更少選擇,即決定入市單位自住。據了解,原業主於2014年以$270萬入市上址,持貨9年,是次沽出單位賬面獲利$198萬離場,單位期內升值約73.3%。
