美聯物業屯門瓏門分行高級分區營業經理戴駿邦表示,該行最新促成屯門邁亞美海灣3座低層H室,實用面積398平方呎,建築面積518平方呎,2房單位,裝修企理,客飯廳間隔方正實用。據悉,原業主開價$430萬,買家成功議價25萬元, 終以$405萬承接,實用面積平均呎價約$10,176,建築面積平均呎價約$7,819。

據了解,原業主於2008年以約$124萬購入上述單位,持貨逾14年,賬面獲利$281萬,期內物業升值約2.3倍。
