屯門田景邨以月租$1.1萬租出 租金回報率高達4.4厘

祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示,成交單位為屯門田景邨12座(田裕樓)低層1室,實用面積381平方呎,2房。日前獲一名區內客垂青,由於原居所正準備進行裝修工程,需覓4個月的租盤作暫住之用,考慮到上址往返原居所十分方便,加上區內可短租的盤源選擇不多,遂便決定預繳租期內所有租金,以月租$1.1萬「即睇即租」,實用面積平均呎租$28.9。

黃氏續稱,如以同類型單位近期成交價約$300萬 (包補地價) 作計算,該單位的租金回報率高達4.4厘。
