屯門慧豐園2房$1.15萬獲承租 租金回報率達2.6厘

祥益地產區域董事邱家邦表示,日前屯門慧豐園5座低層F室,實用面積471平方呎,2房,日前獲區內客承租。該租客鍾情單位客廳及房間均擁全海景觀,附設企理裝修,加上業主願意調整租金,減租$2,000,上述租客遂便決定以月租$1.15萬承租單位,實用面積平均呎租為$24.4。

祥益邱家邦指,如以現時同類型單位的銀行估值約$525萬作計算,該單位的租金回報率達2.6厘。
