屯門彩暉花園$1.2萬租出 租金回報率達2.6厘

祥益地產高級分行經理古文彬表示,成交單位為屯門彩暉花園C座低層7室,實用面積671平方呎,3房連套房。據了解,租客為同屋苑住客,由於原居所裝修,因此需要另覓租盤暫住,鍾情單位鄰近原住所,方便往返視察裝修進度,而且單位內籠寬敞及附企理裝修,上述租客有感租金吸引,遂便決定以$1.2萬「即睇即租」,實用面積平均呎租為$17.9。

古氏續稱,如以現時同類型單位的銀行估價約$564萬作計算,該單位的租金回報率達2.6厘。
