屯門弦海開放式買家變租客以$7,500月租承租

美聯物業屯門瓏門分行聯席區域經理曾祥聰表示,該行新近促成屯門弦海低層D室,實用面積162平方呎,屬開放式間隔,屋苑於2020入伙,樓齡淺,據了解,租客原計劃置業入市,但近月樓市表現遜色,故轉為觀望,由買家變租客,並以年繳方式獲租金折讓,故議價$1,200,即以$7,500承租,實用面積平均呎租約$46.3。

據了解,業主於2018年中以$288.9萬購入上述單位,持貨約4年,以是次租金計算,租賃回報約3.1厘。
